Who are we
We, Swin Trading, are a retail store selling sportswear and equipment to the general public. Our mission is to help customers be adequately prepared and equipped for daily exercise by providing a wide range of sportswear and equipment, helping to enhance their physical, mental and emotional health so that they can live a balanced and fulfilling life .
Why Sports
Nowadays, most Hong Kong people either stay at home or sit in offices most of the time, and have very little time for exercise. According to government surveys, lack of exercise is very common in Hong Kong - more than half of the population does not exercise regularly. In the 2007 "Behavioral Risk Factor Survey" conducted by the Department of Health, more than half of people aged 18-64 did not engage in any moderately vigorous exercise for at least ten minutes, and only about one-third had ever engaged in any form of vigorous exercise. In addition, the respondents spend a lot of time sitting every day, with more than half of people aged 18-64 sitting for at least 6 hours a day. However, long-term lack of exercise can indirectly increase the risk of chronic diseases.
Taking the time to do moderate exercise on most days of the week and doing it consistently can improve your health in the following aspects:
